About me
I am highly goal-focused and motivated Data Scientist and third year PhD Student at Università degli Studi di Padova and fourth year PhD student at Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology with a drive for continuous development. I conduct my research under the supervision of Prof. Adam Wierzbicki and Prof. Giovanni Da San Martino. Prior to my PhD, I worked as a Data Scientist in industry and completed a Master’s in Economics, specializing in Econometrics and Statistics, at the University of Bonn, which was ranked 35th globally in Economics (the ShanghaiRanking by Subject in 2018), at the time of my studies.
I am passionate about bridging the technical and social realms. My research focuses on detecting disinformation, manipulation and persuasion techniques in textual data, aiming to address the complex challenges arising from the intersection of technology and society.
Research Interests:
NLP, LLMs, Disinformation, Propaganda,
Persuasion & Manipulation Techniques
Highly goal-focused and motivated Data Scientist with a drive for continuous development. As a result of the professional experience and education at the Warsaw University of Technology, armed with very high mathematical and engineering skills. Effective team worker and hard-working person with ambitions resulted in simultaneous studying at two of the best Polish universities in their fields. Besides, my Master’s studies at the University of Bonn (according to the Shanghai Ranking 2024: 61st best university in the world) equipped me with great statistical skills and made me capable of participating in any highly scientific project. Currently, PhD Student under international Cotutelle Agreement between two universities in Poland and Italy, namely PhD Student in Computer Science at Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw and in Brain, Mind and Computer Science at University of Padova.
